Luke Dougherty
Our Founder/Director
Luke Dougherty, founder and director of LMD Property, is a third-generation licensed real estate agent with deep roots in Northern New South Wales. After obtaining his Real Estate License in 2008 and becoming a Registered Property Valuer in 2011, Luke spent 15 years in the property industry on the Gold Coast.
His experience spans thousands of property inspections and roles with leading companies like Herron Todd White, CBRE, and LJ Hooker. In 2021, recognising the lack of representation for buyers, Luke founded LMD Property to provide the guidance buyers need for one of life’s biggest financial decisions. His strong industry connections give clients access to properties often before they hit the public market.
