To help find your perfect match, we’ll start with a discovery chat where we’ll ask you a few questions about the locations you love, the style of property that appeals to you, when you’d like to be settled by and how much you’re comfortable spending.

Once we’ve covered all bases and have a detailed list of criteria to go by, we will collaborate with our property network sourcing properties which are off market, pre market and on the market, meaning you’ll have access to the broadest range of properties possible.

From there, we will create a shortlist of suitable properties according to your needs and inspect those properties on your behalf. If they meet our established standards, we will arrange a time with you to inspect them together. However, if you are interstate, we can do this virtually.

Once we’ve found ‘the one’, we will help with the negotiating process so that you’re not paying more than the property’s worth. During this process, we will also complete our due diligence, including research into the current zoning and town plans, consulting with a solicitor/conveyancer, engaging pest and building inspectors, liaising with mortgage brokers/lenders/valuers to ensure all bases are covered, and the whole process is as seamless as possible.

Now all that’s left to do is hand over the keys and pop the champagne!
